Phobia bingo is a game of Bingo that June gave Maxx off-panel. It is basically a game where you find a line of things that scare Cyril.

On comic #343, Cyril's robe wizard pyjamas catch on fire while being melted out of the cube of ice he was frozen in. Hannah tells that Cyril's current phobias are fear of monsters, water, caves, birds and now fire. Then Maxx wonders what else can make Cyril afraid when they are on their (mis)adventures and explains that he wants to fill the bingo card which June gave to him.
